We offer delivery services from Sunday to Friday, between 10am and 8pm. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred time slot. However, please note that we are unable to provide a guarantee for the exact delivery time due to potential traffic and unforeseen delays that may occur during transit.
Can you keep the delivery a surprise?
Rest assured, we are more than happy to honor your request and ensure that your delivery remains a delightful surprise for the recipient. We only request contact numbers to ensure smooth delivery in the event that the recipient is unavailable to open the door.
Do you deliver or ship to other states?
At the moment, we are exclusively serving customers in New York City (NYC) and select areas in New Jersey (NJ) due to the specific requirements of our product. Do you offer same day deliveries?
